The event was opened by the speeches of Ambassador Tamás Torma, Ms. Sevda Mansurova, Executive Director of the Azerbaijani Students and Alumni Platform, Ms. Mirgunay Bayramova, co-founder and former Chairperson of AHAU and Ms. Mónika Felföldi, Diplomat for Education and Culture.
Ms. Blanka Vizi, lecturer at the Azerbaijan University of Foreign Languages, invited the Alumni community to join the Hungarian Club’s kick-off meeting on 1 November 2025, a friendly community-building event featuring Hungarian language, culture, music, traditions and other interesting topics. We made today's gathering more productive by having a funny Hungarian language quiz and discussing ideas for future projects.
AHAU members studied in Hungary mainly under the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme. This event was supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary.
