During the visit, the Hungarian delegation took a comprehensive tour of the modern campus and facilities. A particularly special moment occurred when BME’s Rector, Charaf Hassan, met with one of BUOS’ instructors who had previously studied at BME, highlighting the deep personal and professional connections already existing between the institutions.
The two delegations reviewed several key areas for future cooperation. While BME boasts a long and prestigious history as one of the world's oldest institutes of technology (founded in 1782), BHOS represents the dynamic energy of a young and rapidly growing university.
