In accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Hungary, starting from 22.01.2022, the fee for administrative services related to the procedure for obtaining a visa, residence permit and documents confirming immigrant and permanent status will change.
Visa fees
1. Fee for appealing against a decision to refuse or cancel a visa with the right to stay for up to three months (Visa "C"), in case of an appeal at a diplomatic mission: 160 euros (from 30)
Fees for administrative services related to obtaining a residence permit
2. Fee for the procedure for issuing a residence permit and a visa that gives the right to obtain a residence permit: 110 euros (from 60)
3. Fee for appealing against a decision to issue a residence permit and a visa giving the right to obtain a residence permit, when submitted to a foreign representation: 160 euros (from 20)
4. Fee for the procedure for replacing a residence document and issuing a residence permit when applying for a business trip: 90 euros (from 60)
Fees for administrative services related to documents confirming immigrant or permanent status
5. Fee for the procedure for issuing a national permanent residence permit in case of application at a foreign representation: 110 euros (from 60)
6. Fee for the procedure for replacing the residence document and issuing a residence permit when applying for business purpose: 90 euros (from 60)
7. Fee for the procedure for extending a permanent national residence permit when applying at a foreign representation: 60 euros (from 30)
